But who is leading the rustlers?
And who is the mystery man who was killed before he could reveal his identity?
These and other questions will all have to be answered before justice is served — and if anyone could sort it all out, it will be the Canyon Killer.
S J Bounds was born in 1920 and lived in Kingston Upon Thames. He wrote over 40 novels and hundreds of short stories many published under pseudonyms or anonymously. He was best known for his work in the science fiction, horror and western genres.

It's not long before cattle are stampeded, some are rustled, the creek is poisoned.
If you like westerns ... the old fashioned kind ... you will like this one. The characters are pure gold. There's a lot of action .. shoot outs, runaway horses. The language is priceless ... everything from varmint and polecat to low-down skunks.
It's a quick read and very entertaining!

What a great book. Lots of action and a little romance at the end. For a fat man Fats could move very fast. Which saved him more than one. Thank You for a great read.

Not your stereotypical Western. The hero is fat, the heroine manish, dynamite is popular and it is a good read! More western fans should try it.
Good story with interesting characters. Plenty of action, a bit of a mystery and the good guy wins in then end. What else do you want from a western? A good read and entertaining.
